The Fire Drill Training was conducted to enhance employees’ awareness and preparedness in responding to fire emergencies in the workplace. The programme provided practical guidance on emergency evacuation procedures, the proper use of fire safety equipment, and essential actions to take during a fire incident. Through hands-on training and evacuation exercises, employees gained a better understanding of workplace safety procedures and their individual responsibilities during an emergency. The training also aimed to strengthen teamwork, improve emergency response readiness, and promote a strong safety culture within the organisation.
