The Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) Educational Visit 2025 brought together students from the Business and Engineering departments, providing them with a multidisciplinary perspective on waste management operations and landfill management. Through guided site tours and informative briefings, students were introduced to the operational, technical, environmental, and management aspects involved in the daily operation of landfill facilities. The programme provided valuable exposure beyond the classroom, allowing students to better understand industry practices, operational processes, and real-world challenges within the waste management sector. This initiative also reflects UJSB’s commitment to supporting education, knowledge sharing, and stronger collaboration between industry and academic institutions.
